He has overseen large-scale transformation projects for organisations including British Airways, IKEA and Sage, and now focuses on building robust, user-focused platforms across transport, compliance and digital operations. At MCD, Lyle combines technical insight with a clear commercial approach, shaping strategy and ensuring the work delivers real impact.
Darren leads technical delivery at MCD Systems, with over 20 years of experience in software architecture, systems integration and infrastructure. He holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Computing Information Systems and has delivered complex platforms for clients in regulated and operationally critical environments. At MCD, he oversees architecture and development processes, ensuring every solution is secure, scalable and built for long-term reliability.
Max is a software engineer at MCD Systems, specialising in front-end development, user experience and applied AI. He works across web and mobile platforms using modern frameworks such as React and Next.js, and played a key role in the company’s transition to serverless architecture. Max also leads MCD’s work in AI implementation, developing tools that enhance search, support decision-making and improve access to complex information. His focus is on building interfaces and experiences that are clear, accessible and effective in the real world.
Megan plays a key role in both development and delivery at MCD Systems, working across interface design, development and project coordination. She brings a strong eye for UI and UX, using tools like Figma to shape clear, user-focused digital experiences. Megan is known for her attention to detail and her ability to stay organised and focused, contributing to smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes across the team.
