We are looking for a designer who is passionate about user-centric design and has a keen eye for detail. If you're experienced in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces, with proficiency in Figma, UI, and UX, this role is a perfect fit for you!

This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking Designer to play a key role in shaping amazing digital experiences. You will work closely with developers and clients, taking ownership of the design process from concept through to delivery. You will be responsible for crafting visually appealing, user-friendly designs that resonate with users and elevate the digital experiences we create.

Your expertise in Figma and user interface design will be instrumental in translating complex requirements into simple, intuitive designs. You'll work within an agile framework, collaborating with the development team to ensure that design vision is fully realized, and continually refine your designs based on user feedback and testing.

• Designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and provide the best user experience.
• Using Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with business and user needs.
• Contributing to UI/UX decisions to enhance the overall user journey and improve usability.
• Staying up to date with design trends and technologies, ensuring our digital products are modern and engaging.
• Conducting user research, testing, and iterating on designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.

• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions and an eye for detail.
• Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs for both web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile environment and an ability to adapt designs based on user feedback.
• A passion for creating exceptional digital experiences and solving user challenges through design.

• Experience with animation and interaction design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with user research and usability testing tools.
• Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
